Jason Blume presents songwriting workshops and seminars based on his book, 6 Steps to Songwriting Success… throughout the U.S. and internationally. Using a combination of lecture, inspiring anecdotes, humor, demos of hit songs, and exercises, Blume takes participants one step at a time through the steps necessary to write and market a successful song in either half or full-day programs.

A dynamic speaker, Jason Blume developed and currently teaches the BMI Nashville Songwriters Workshops. His lessons are used by Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) chapters throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Blume has presented tremendously successful workshops in cities including: Los Angeles, Atlanta, Austin, San Diego, Washington DC, Jamaica, Halifax Nova Scotia, San Francisco, Milwaukee, San Juan (Puerto Rico), Gatlinburg (TN), Ft. Lauderdale, Boston, Ireland, Kauai and many more.

* Registration for BMI Nashville’s monthly Songwriters’ Workshop with Jason Blume will now be conducted the same day of each workshop, with no prior registration necessary. 50 participants will be admitted each session, with registration beginning 9 a.m. on the actual day of the workshop in BMI’s main lobby.
